Optical Fiber Splicing & Testing

Speed of Light. Zero Compromise.

Fiber is the backbone of every high-performance network. Precision splicing, end-face polishing, OTDR characterization, and full certification — done right the first time, backed by test documentation.

Our Process

< 0.1 dB

Typical splice loss on fusion splices. Precision equipment, not guesswork.

100 Gbps+

Properly installed single-mode fiber supports today's demands and tomorrow's upgrades.

OTDR Certified

Every run characterized end-to-end. You receive the test reports — not just our word.

OSP & ISP

Outside plant aerial, direct-buried, and conduit runs. Indoor structured fiber. We do both.

What We Do

From the reel to the rack — complete fiber installation and certification services.

Fusion Splicing

Precision arc fusion splicing for single-mode and multimode fiber. Low-loss joints that last the life of the infrastructure.

  • Single-mode (OS1 / OS2)
  • Multimode (OM3 / OM4 / OM5)
  • Splice-on connector (SOC) termination
  • Ribbon fiber & mass fusion splicing
🔭

OTDR Testing & Characterization

Optical time-domain reflectometry on every run — locating faults, measuring loss, and verifying the full link budget before any equipment is connected.

  • Bidirectional OTDR trace analysis
  • Splice loss & connector loss measurement
  • Fault location & dead-zone analysis
  • Full test report delivery (PDF / .sor files)
🔌

Connector Termination & Polishing

Hand-polished and pre-polished connector terminations inspected to IEC 61300-3-35 end-face geometry standards.

  • LC / SC / ST / FC / MTP-MPO
  • APC & UPC polish grades
  • 400× fiber scope end-face inspection
  • Insertion loss & return loss testing
🌿

Outside Plant (OSP)

Aerial, direct-buried, and conduit OSP fiber installation with proper enclosure sealing, slack storage, and route documentation.

  • Aerial lashing & figure-8 cable
  • Direct-buried armored fiber
  • Splice enclosure sealing (dome & inline)
  • Underground hand-hole & vault installation
🏗️

Inside Plant (ISP)

Riser, plenum, and horizontal fiber runs inside buildings — from IDF to MDF and everything in between.

  • Plenum-rated & riser fiber installation
  • Fiber patch panel & enclosure termination
  • Rack-mounted cassette / tray systems
  • Conduit fill & cable tray management
📋

Emergency Repair & Restoration

Cut fiber doesn't wait for business hours. Rapid response splicing to restore connectivity and get your infrastructure back online fast.

  • Emergency break / cut restoration
  • OTDR fault location & isolation
  • Temporary restoration & permanent repair
  • Post-repair certification & documentation

Our Process

Every job is documented. Every joint is tested. No exceptions.

01

Scope & Route Survey

We walk the route, measure distances, identify obstacles, assess conduit fill, and determine the correct fiber type and count. Scope is locked before materials are ordered.

02

Material Specification & Procurement

Cable type, strand count, connector style, enclosure selection, and splice tray configuration — all specified to match the environment and future capacity needs.

03

Installation & Splicing

Cable pulling, aerial lashing, or direct-burial as required. Fusion splicing performed with Fujikura or AFL equipment. Every splice inspected under magnification before sealing.

04

OTDR & Power Meter Testing

Bidirectional OTDR traces on every run. Optical power meter verification at patch points. All results compared against TIA/IEC standards. Anything out of spec is re-done.

05

Certification & Documentation Handoff

Full as-built drawings, fiber route maps, splice tray diagrams, connector labeling, and all OTDR test files delivered in a structured handoff package. Your infrastructure, fully documented.
